Our cabin rents weekly Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday mid-May through September. Nightly rentals have a 2 night minimum.

Cost weekly Friday to Friday:  $975 plus 5.5% sales tax per week and 5.5% room tax

                                                for up to 4 guests.  Deposit of half is required.

Cost nightly 2 night minimum:  $155 plus 5.5% and 5.5% room tax for up to 4 guests.

                                                Deposit of half is required.

You will find 2 bedrooms, two double beds, sleeper sofa, linens included, shower, kitchen fully equipped including fridge, range, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, utensils, clock radio, satellite TV, Wi-fi, outside grill, sitting area, movable fire pit, 14 foot aluminum rowboat with dock.

You bring:   towels, life jackets, all consumables such as bathroom tissues, paper towels, toiletries, food, etc.

Cancellation policy:  All deposits received are considered non-refundable.  If you must cancel your reservations, you may reapply deposits, prior to arrival, to other weeks within the same calendar year, only where vacancies exist, and only if we are able to re-book your cabin.  Any cancellation made for whatever reason less than two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A separate dock is provided for your pleasure and private use.  You may dock your own boat or use the one provided.
